中药熏洗联合功能锻炼治疗青少年颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating juvenile cervical spondylosis by herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise

目的:观察中药熏洗联合功能锻炼治疗青少年颈椎病的疗效。方法:将60例青少年颈椎病患者随机分成两组,对照组30例采用推拿法治疗,治疗组30例采用中药熏洗联合功能锻炼治疗。结果:经过3个疗程治疗,治疗组痊愈17例,显效8例,愈显率83.3%,总有效率96.7%;对照组痊愈13例,显效6例,愈显率63.3%,总有效率86.7%。两组之间愈显率比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用中药熏洗联合功能锻炼治疗青少年颈椎病疗效可靠,简便易行,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise on treating juvenile cervical spondylosis. Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 30 cases was treated by massage, and the treated group of 30 cases was given herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise treatment. Results： After three courses of treatment, in the treated groups, cured 17 cases, 8 cases were effective, markedly effective rate was 83.3%, the total efficiency of 96.7%;in the control group, cured 13 cases, effective in 6 cases, markedly effective rate of 63.3%, the total efficiency of 86.7%. Compared markedly effective rate between the two groups, P〈0.01, a statistically significant difference. Conclusion：The efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise is reliable;operation is simple, worthy of promotion.
