中药白疕合剂对豚鼠银屑病模型T细胞活化调节作用的实验研究

Experimental study on regulating action of psoriasis model of guinea pig T cell activation by TCM psoriasis mixture

目的:探讨中药白疕合剂对豚鼠银屑病模型T细胞活化的调节作用。方法:将豚鼠随机分为空白对照组、阴性对照组、白疕合剂低、中、高剂量组、消银颗粒组、阿维A组,采用ELISA法检测白疕合剂治疗后豚鼠银屑病模型血清中IL-2、INF-γ、IL-4、IL-10的水平,免疫组织化学法检测皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原(CLA)的表达。结果:表明白疕合剂高、中、低剂量组血清中IL-2及INF-γ水平降低,同时IL-4及IL-10在血清中的水平升高,白疕合剂能抑制豚鼠皮损中CLA的表达。结论:中药白疕合剂对豚鼠银屑病模型有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理可能是通过调节T细胞的活化作用来治疗银屑病。

Objective： To investigate the regulatory effect of Baibi mixture on T cell activation in psoriasis guinea pig model. Methods：The guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank control group, negative control group, Baibi mixture of low, middle and high dose group, Xiaoyin granules group, acitretin group, ELISA method was used to observe the levels of psoriasis guinea pig model IL-2, INF- γ, IL-4, IL-10 in the serum after treatment. The expression of the cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen （CLA） was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results：The low-level of IL-2, INF-γand the high level of IL-4, IL-10 in Baibi mixture of high, middle and low dose group, Baibi mixture could inhibit the expression of the cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen （CLA） in the lesions of guinea pigs. Conclusion： Baibi mixture has good therapeutic effect on psoriasis guinea pig model, and its mechanism might be to treat psoriasis by activation of regulatory T cells.
