中医针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出的探讨

Discussion on treating lumbar disc protrusion by TCM acupuncture and massage

目的:分析中医针灸联合推拿方式应用于腰椎间盘突出治疗中的疗效。方法:选取2009年1月-2012年7月收治的140例腰椎间盘突出患者,分为两组,研究组采用针灸结合推拿方式治疗,对照组单独采用针灸方式治疗,对比两组整体治疗效果与治疗1年后复发率。结果:研究组优良率91.5%;对照组仅为71.4%;治疗1年后,研究组复发率5.7%,对照组复发率15.7%;研究组临床整体效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸联合推拿方式应用于腰椎间盘突出的治疗中,疗效明显,复发率低,临床可广泛推广。

Objective：To analyse the effect of TCM acupuncture and massage in the treatment of lumbar disc. Methods：140 cases were selected from January 2009 to July 2012 and then divided into two groups, the research group were treated by acupuncture and massage, the control group were treated by acupuncture separately, then compared the overall treatment effect and the recurrence rate after 1 year of the treatment of the two groups. Results： The excellent rate of the research group was 91.5%;the excellent rate of the control group was 71.4%;the recurrence rate of the research group was 5.7%after 1 year of the treatment, and the recurrence rate of the control group was 15.7%; the overall treatment effect of the research group was better（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc protrusion by TCM acupuncture and massage have a obvious curative effect, and the recurrence rate is low, the clinical can widely promote.
