小针刀联合中药药熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出的效果观察及体会

Effect observation and experience on treating lumbar disc herniation by small needle knife combined with TCM hot compress method

目的:观察小针刀联合中药药熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床效果。方法:124例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各62例,实验组接受小针刀联合中药药熨法治疗方案,对照组单独接受小针刀治疗方案,分析两组治疗效果。结果:实验组与对照组相比较,临床疗效差异显著(P<0.05),实验组临床效果优于对照组;实验组与对照组相比较,满意比例差异显著(P<0.05),实验组患者满意比例高于对照组;实验组复发率为8.1%,对照组为12.9%,二者无显著差异(P>0.05),两组患者治疗复发率明显差别。结论:小针刀联合中药药熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出是患者保守治疗的首选方式,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with TCM hot compress method on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：124 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 62 in each. Experimental group was given small needle knife combined with TCM hot compress method treatment;control group was given small needle knife treatment only. The effect of treatment was analyzed. Results：Experimental group compared with the control group, a significant difference in clinical efficacy （P〈0.05）, Clinical effects in experimental group better than the control group, the difference was significant proportion of satisfaction （P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate was 8.1%in the experimental group, the control group was 12.9%, there was without significant difference （P〉0.05）, two groups of patients relapse rate was significantly difference. Conclusion： Small needle knife combined with TCM hot compress method treatment on treating lumbar disc herniation is the preferred method of conservative treatment of patients, is worthy of clinical use.
