中医综合治疗颈性眩晕50例疗效观察

Effect observation on treating 50 cases of cervical vertigo in TCM

目的:探讨中医综合治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择我院确诊的颈性眩晕患者101例,随机分为对照组(n=51)和治疗组(n=50);治疗组采用中医综合治疗的方法,对照组服用西比灵5mg,1次/d,同时给于颈部牵引治疗,疗程2周。结果:治疗组总有效率和临床治愈率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗颈性眩晕效果明显,值得推广。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM on treating cervical vertigo. Methods：101 patients with cervical vertigo diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （n=51） and treated group （n=50）;the patients of treated group were treated with TCM medicine and the patients of control group were treated with Sibelium （5mg daily） as well as the neck traction therapy for 2 weeks. Results：The treated group efficiency and clinical cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of TCM medicine for cervical vertigo is effective, worth promoting.
