活血化瘀法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic cough in children by the Huoxue Huayu method

观察运用活血化瘀法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:收集门诊40例慢性咳嗽患儿,将其随机分为治疗组和观察组各20例,观察组患儿运用中医辨证论治方案治疗,治疗组患儿在辨证论治基础上加用活血化瘀方药治疗。对两组患儿作疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组治愈率80%,有效率100%,观察组患儿治愈率65%,有效率95%,治疗组疗效优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽有明显疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Huayu method on chronic cough in children. Methods： 40 cases of chronic cough in children were randomly divided into treated group and observation group, 20 cases in each. observation group received TCM differential treatment. In the treated group, patients were treated by Huoxue Huayu method based TCM differential treatment. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results：The cure rate of treated group was 80%, efficiency was 100%, while 65%and 95%in the observation group, the treated group was better than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Huoxue Huayu treatment has significant effects on chronic cough in children.
