临床症状不典型的结核性脑膜炎的早期诊断

Early diagnosis of clinical symptoms is atypical of tuberculous meningitis

目的:分析结核性脑膜炎的临床表现、发病特点,以提高对临床症状不典型的结核性脑膜炎的早期诊断水平。方法:对我院2011年1月-2012年9月收治的55例脑炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果:由于结脑早期症状表现多样化、复杂化,症状的不典型及对结脑患者过去或现在有肺内外结核病史或症状的不够重视,本组资料中早期诊断者仅54.2%。结论:结脑早期诊断是多学科的综合课题,临床医师除具备扎实的基本功外,对实验室的新技术、新进展,以及影像诊断学知识的了解,这样才能不断提高本病的早期诊断率。

Objective：Analysis of the clinical manifestations of tuberculous meningitis, disease characteristics, in order to improve the early diagnosis of atypical of tuberculous meningitis. Methods： From January 2011 to September 2012 in hospital, 55 cases of encephalitis patients were treated and analyzed retrospectively. Results：Because of tuberculous meningitis early symptoms, manifested as diverse and complex, as well as not pay enough attention to the tuberculous meningitis history and atypical symptoms of patients, in this group of early diagnosis in only 54.2%.Conclusion： Early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis is the subject of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary, clinicians addition to solid basic skills, it also needs to understand the new technology lab, new developments and diagnostic imaging knowledge, so as to continuously improve the early diagnosis of this disease.
