微创经皮技术治疗胸腰椎骨折进展 被引量:6

摘要 胸腰椎骨折是脊柱骨折中最常见的损伤,微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术和经皮椎体成形术已成为治疗胸腰椎骨折新的趋势。微创经皮技术具有操作简便、安全可靠、创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院日短、术后椎体高度和Cobb角丢失少、腰椎功能活动保持良好等优点,国内外对此进行了一些基础和临床研究。
