基于博弈论的内河船舶水污染防治决策分析

Game Theory Based Water Pollution Control Making-Decision for Inland Waterway Ships

针对当前越来越多被关注的船舶污染问题,采用博弈论对内河船舶与管理部门的决策进行分析,为建立内河船舶污染防治体系提供理论支撑。基于有限理性建立了地区船舶防污决策进化博弈模型,得到了船舶污染的主要解决途径,进而提出相应的改革措施与政策建议。

Aiming at current severe problems on inland waterway ship's pollution, the game theory is applied for decision made by inland waterway ship's management sector to provide theoretical support for setting up a water pollution control system. Evolutionary game model for regional ship pollution control decision set up based on bounded rationality, major solutions of ship pollution are found and appropriate reform measures and suggestions are put forward.
