超音速火焰喷涂氧化铬陶瓷涂层的干滑动摩擦磨损性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用箱式电阻炉对超音速火焰喷涂氧化铬陶瓷涂层进行热处理,利用显微硬度计、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和摩擦磨损试验机等设备,研究热处理温度对氧化铬涂层室温条件下干摩擦性能的影响,并讨论涂层的磨损机制。结果表明,在实验条件下,500℃热处理涂层的综合耐磨减摩性能最好。热处理未能改变涂层的磨损机制,在10N载荷下,涂层的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,并伴有轻微的剥落磨损;而在25N载荷下,涂层的磨损机制则以剥落磨损为主,并伴有磨粒磨损。 Heat treatments of the HVOF sprayed chromium oxide coating were performed in chamber electric furnace.Effects of heat treatment temperature on dry tribological properties and wear mechanism of the coating were studied by microhardness testing machine,scanning electron microcopy (SEM),energy-dispersive spec-troscopy (EDS)and friction wear testing machine.Results indicate that comprehensive wear & friction resist-ance of the coating after heat treatment at 500 ℃ were the best under the experimental condition in this paper. Heat treatment doesn’t alter wear mechanism of the coating.The main wear mechanisms of the coating were abrasive wear and slight spalling at 10 N load,but at 25 N load,spalling was the main wear mechanism and ab-rasive wear also exist.
