转型期安徽高等教育层次结构优化探析

THE OPTIMIZATION OF HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE OF ANHUI HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE TRANSITIONAL ERA

安徽经济社会的转型要求建立起合理的高等教育层次结构,为安徽加速崛起培养各层次人才。文章从安徽高等教育各层次培养机构数量以及招生人数的角度阐述高等教育层次结构的现状,指出安徽高等教育层次结构近年来趋向合理,但仍存在一些问题:名校较少,专科层次生源不足,各层次定位趋同,各层次之间衔接性差等。针对这些问题,安徽高等教育层次结构调整的措施包括提升各层次高校水平,保证专科层次生源,各层次高校科学定位,加强高等教育各层次间的衔接等等。

The economic and social transformation in Anhui province requires establishing a rational hierarchical structure ofhigher education, in order to provide personnel at all levels to accelerate the rise of Anhui province. The article analyzes theactualities of hierarchical structure of Anhui higher education from the perspective of the amount of universities and the numberof enrollment. It points out that hierarchical structure of Anhui higher education tends to be reasonable, but there are still someproblems： fewer famous universities, shortage of college students, similar orientation of higher education, bad connection be-tween all levels of education etc. To solve these problems, we should take some measures, including improving the level of uni-versities, ensuring the source of college students, having scientific orientation and strengthening the interface between all levelsof education and so on.
