Design and Development of Intelligent Power Grid Safety Inspection System

线路巡检时存在缺陷巡检记录无统一规范、巡检人员巡检时难以考勤、消缺人员错登杆时无法提醒、靠近危险点时无法提示等问题。针对以上问题,开发了智能电网输电安全巡检系统,利用计算机技术和移动GIS技术将输电线路巡检工作纳入智能化、规范化、网络化、安全化的轨道。

In traditional line inspection planning process, there's no unified standard when defect inspection is recorded. This process is hard to check attendance of staffs in the wild, and to remind fault climbing of eliminating personnel. When staf s are close to the critical place, prompting protective measures and other issues are also lack. In view of the above problems, safety inspection of intelligent power grid system was developed in this paper, using computer technology and GIS technology. This system will lead power transmission line inspection work into intelligence, standardization, network, and security orbit.
