摘要
基于Dynaform软件,对某款乘用车引擎盖内板的拉深成形过程进行了数字模拟仿真;针对引擎盖内板拉深过程中出现的质量问题,探讨了坯料外形以及拉深筋对汽车覆盖件的影响,并对拉深筋相关参数、压边力、冲压速度等对成形性有影响的工艺参数进行了优化,从而对提高冲压件品质有一定指导意义。
The drawing process of the hood inner of an passenger car was numerically simulated based on Dynaform. Aiming at the forming quality problem in drawing process of the hood inner, the impact of the blank shape and draw bead on the auto panel was discussed. And the drawing process parameters such as the relevant parameters of draw bead, BHF, stamping formability speed were optimized. Thus it provides certain guiding significance for improving the quality of stamping.
