航空铝合金层间腐蚀的脉冲涡流检测

摘要 多层金属结构部件容易在层间发生电化学腐蚀,常规涡流对较深部位的缺陷检测存在局限性;采用脉冲涡流技术,实现了对航空铝合金层间人工腐蚀缺陷的检测,通过对信号进行时域分析和特征量的提取,找出了缺陷体积与信号电压的关系,实现了缺陷的初步定量;该方法对层间金属结构间的腐蚀缺陷具有良好的检测能力。 Multilayered metal structure parts easily existed electrochemical con'osion in interlayer, and conventional eddy current technology has limitations to deeper defect inspection. With pulsed eddy current technology, this paper realized artificial corrosion defects detection in aviation aluminum alloy interlayers. By analyzing testing signals in time domain and feature extraction, we found out the relationship between signal voltage and defect size, and achieved the preliminary quantitative detection of defect. The method shows good inspection ability of eon'osion defects in interlayered metal structure.
