反相高效液相色谱法在吗替麦考酚酸酯合成新工艺检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法检测吗替麦考酚酸酯合成新工艺.采用Boston RP-18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶0.05%磷酸水(35∶ 65),流速为1.0mL· min-1,检测波长为251 nm,柱温为室温.结果表明:吗替麦考酚酸酯线性范围为1.98~9.90 mg·L-1(y=6.4×105x-3.5×105,r=0.999 1),加样回收率为101.82% (n =5),RSD=1.58%.该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可作为一种检测手段. A method for the simultaneous determination of myeophenolate mofetil was developed by HPLC. The analysis was carried out with boston C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was CH3CN-0.05%H3P04(35: 65), the flow-rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1, the wave-length was 251 nm and the temperature was room temperature. The liner range of MMF was 1.98 - 9.90 mg · L^-1 (y = 6.4 × 10^5x - 3. 5 × 10^5 , r = 0. 999 1 ). Under the conditions, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 1. The average recovery was 101.82% (n= 5) with RSD = 1.58%. The method is simple, fast and can be used for determining MMF in the synthesis technology.
