探讨我国护理专业学位硕士研究生的培养目标

Probe into training objectives of nursing professional degree of graduate

通过对国外护理专业学位研究生培养目标的认识,探讨我国护理专业学位研究生培养目标现存的不足之处,结合实际提出有效的整改对策。认为应多借鉴发达国家的先进经验,结合我国研究生的生源特点、能力现状、导师队伍等具体国情,不断实践和摸索,探索出真正有效促进我国护理专业发展的专业学位研究生培养道路,高校要根据社会对护理高层次人才的需求调整和改进培养目标。

Through the understanding of training objectives of foreign nursing professional degree of graduate to probe into the existing deficiencies of nursing professional degree of postgraduate training objectives in China and combined with practice to put forward the effective corrective measures.It thought that the advanced experience of developed countries should be learned,combined with the biogenic features,ability status quo,tutor team and other specific conditions of graduate students in China,continuing to practice and explore to discover a truly effective nursing professional degree of postgraduate education roads in promoting the nursing professional development. according to the university should adjust and improve the training objectives according to the demand of society for high-level nursing personnel.
