煤与糠醛渣混燃的热重分析及基于分布活化能模型的动力学研究

摘要 通过热重技术研究煤与糠醛渣混燃的燃烧动力学,采用分布活化能模型(DAEM)进行了动力学分析,比较纯煤、纯糠醛渣及两者在3种不同掺混比例、不同升温速率下燃烧反应的差异。结果表明:糠醛渣能够促进煤的燃烧,随着糠醛渣加入量增大,试样着火温度下降,燃烧性能改善;糠醛渣掺混比例增大,燃烧反应的活化能呈下降趋势。 The combustion kinetics of coal and furfural residue blends was investigated by using the thermogravimetric technology and was analyzed by using the distributed activation energy model (DAEM). The combustion activities of furfural residue, coal and their three different ratio blends were compared under three different heating rates. The results indicated that the furfural residue could amount of added furfural residue, the ignition temperature promote the combustion property of coal. With increasing of samples decreased, and the combustion performances of them improved. When the blending ratio of furfural residue increased, the activation energy of combustion declined .
