校企深度融合的创新创业型人才培养实践——以IOS移动开发人才培养为例

Talents Training Practice of Innovative Entrepreneurship Based on School-enterprise Integration——The case of IOS Mobile Talents Development

从移动互联网产业发展现状及需求出发,研究高职iOS移动开发人才培养中存在的问题,分析iOS移动开发人才的规格及职业岗位能力。结合院校建设实际,以校企深度融合为切入点,从课程置换、集中实训、创业孵化等环节分析iOS移动开发人才培养体系的构建方案;从实训基地建设、教师工程能力培养、企业真实项目改造、创新创业孵化环境构建等角度探索iOS移动开发人才培养的保障,实现校企双主体培养产业发展急需的创新创业人才。

Starting from the development status and demand of mobile internet industry, the paper explores the problems existing in IOS mobile talent training of higher vocational schools, and analyzes the qualification and position competency of IOS mobile development talents; then it analyzes the construction plan of IOS mobile development talent training system from links of course replacement, centralized practical training and business incubation, combining the practical construction situation of schools and institutions with the entry point of deep integration of school and enterprise; finally, it explores the guarantee for the training of IOS mobile development talents from the perspectives of practical training base cons.truction, teachers＇ engineering ability training,renovation of real projects of enterprise and innovative entrepreneurship incubation environment constitution, so as to cultivate the innovative-entrepreneurship talents urgently needed by the development of school-enterprise double-subject cultivation industry.
