高职院校毕业生就业质量调查体系的建立与思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Survey System for Employment Quality of Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges

武汉职业技术学院根据2008年一项课题的研究成果数据,对如何在高职院校建立毕业生就业质量调查体系进行了探索。实践表明,建立行之有效的毕业生就业质量调查体系和就业质量的年度报告制度,要不断改进和完善就业质量评价指标体系,发现就业质量发展变化的特点和规律,提出切实可行的推进提高就业质量的措施和办法。

Based on the results of Wuhan Polytechnic in 2008, the paper explored how to establish the survey system for employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges. Practice shows that, the diffieuh point in establishing effective survey system for employment quality of graduates and the annual report system lies in improving the employment quality evaluation index system; the key points is to find characteristics and rules of changes in employment quality; and it is also necessary to put forward feasible measures and methods in improving the quality of employment.
