高职院校文化建设的独特形态及其突破——以云南师范大学职教学院文化建设为例

On the of Unique Modelity Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Breakthrough——A Case Study of Culture Construction in Vocational College of Yunnan Normal University

高职院校文化建设对建构和谐的大学文化生态、推动高职院校发展以及提高人才培养质量具有重要价值。理想的高职院校文化在知识、育人、科研、服务等四个维度具有独特形态。当前高职院校文化建设面临知识文化"庸俗化"、育人文化"技术化"、科研文化"高移化"和服务文化"模糊化"的困境。云南师范大学职教学院经过多年实践,创造性地走出了一条卓有成效的文化建设道路,其经验值得借鉴。

The cultural construction of higher vocational colleges is of great value to build harmonious ecology, promote development of higher vocational education and improve the quality of talent cultivation. The ideal higher vocational college culture has a unique morphology in four dimensions of knowledge, education, scientific research, service and so on. The current cultural construction in higher vocational colleges face the dilemma of knowledge culture ＂vulgar＂, ＂culture＂ ＂technology＂, ＂high frequency＂ of scientific culture and service culture ＂fuzzy＂. In order to encounter the dilemma, the vocational college of Yunnan Normal University after years of practice, creatively worked out of a very fruitful cultural construction road, and its experience is worth learning.
