摘要
在对宁波市所辖各中职学校师资配置情况和配置工作调研的基础上,分析近年来全市中职学校师资配置方面的成绩及师资配置存在的主要问题,并从改革财政拨款方式、打通"校企"人才流通渠道、推进"企业精英"进学校工程及建立灵活的职称评定机制等方面提出了中职学校师资配置的对策与建议。
On the basis of investigation on teachers allocation in secondary vocational schools in Ningbo city, this paper reviews the accomplishments and the main problems in teachers' allocation in secondary vocational schools in Ningbo. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for these problems, such as reform the financial allocation mode, through the "school and enterprise" talent circulation channel, promote the project of "business elite into school", and establish flexible mechanisms of professional title evaluation.
