中职教师企业实践“四四三”模式构建

Construction of“Four Four Three”Business Practice Mode of Secondary Vocational School Teachers

中职教师企业实践具有目标、需求、形式、内容和评价的多样化特征。基于教师企业实践的多样化特征,构建中职教师企业实践"四四三"模式。模式的实施需建立模块化的企业实践课程体系,创设多路径的企业实践实施方式和创新多元化的企业实践评价方式。这一模式实施的保障条件是建立校企合作的长效机制、完善企业实践管理制度、加大经费投入力度。

The business practice for secondary vocational teachers is diversity in goal, demand, form, content and evaluation. The ＂four four three＂ business practice mode for secondary vocational school teachers was built based on the diversified characteristics of business practice. The implementation of the model need to build a modular enterprise practice curriculum system, create multiple paths and innovation implementation of diversified enterprises practice evaluation. To guarantee the implementation of this model, it should try to establish long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation, improve enterprise practice management system, and increase the investment.
