摘要
以硅酸钠和硫酸亚铁为主要原料制备了无机絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),考察了不同SiO2含量、Fe/Si摩尔比、聚硅酸活化时间、温度、pH值对其絮凝性能的影响。通过阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)对PFSS进行改性,进一步制得了无机-有机复合絮凝剂,并对其进行了红外表征。结果表明,当m(PFSS)∶m(APAM)=4∶1,复合反应温度50℃,pH值7.0,φ(絮凝剂)=1.5%时,其絮凝效果最好,城市废水的透光率可达96.8%,COD去除率92.7%,除浊率92.3%。
Polyferric silicate sulphate flocculant (PFSS) was prepared with sodium silicate and ferric sulfate as raw materials.The effects of SiO2 content,Fe/Si molar ratio,polysilicon acid activation time,temperature and pH on its flocculation properties were examined.An inorganic-organic composite flocculant was further synthetized by modifying PFSS with anionic polyacrylamide(APAM),the effects of composite ratio,composite temperature,composite pH and dosage on its flocculation performance were investigated.It was characterized by IR spectroscopy.The results showed that its flocculation effects were the best when composite ratio (m(PFSS) ∶ m(APAM)) was 4 ∶ 1,composite temperature was 50 ℃,the pH was 7.0 and dosage (flocculant) was 1.5%.Therefore,the transmittance of wastewater reached up to 96.8%,COD removal rate of municipal wastewater was 92.7%and the turbidity removal rate was 92.3%.
