摘要
目的 :探讨在核舰船核事故应急体系中把海上应急状态划分为第四级 (类 )的可行性。方法 :根据国外海上核事故应急救援经验并结合我海军有关规定开展理论性探讨。结果 :确定了核事故海上应急状态的情景设计。结论 :新的应急体系 (4级体系 )比原体系 (3级体系 )更适合于核事故应急救援。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of dividing the emergency classification system into a 4 level system. Methods: To conduct a theoretical exploration in this field on the basis of foreign experience concerning emergency rescue of maritime nuclear accidents and in combination of certain regulations issued by our Navy. Results: A profile was made pertaining to maritime emergency status in case of nuclear accidents . Conclusion: The new emergency 4 level classification system may be more suitable for nuclear accidents emergency rescue than the current 3 level system.
