中国纺织产业技术和管理范式创新下的精益化管理

Lean management of China's textile industry based on new technical and managerial paradigm

纺织工业作为工业革命的开始,其精益化管理演变和发展反映了管理思想创新过程。基于库思的范式理论,分析了技术范式和管理范式演进的过程,以及与之相应的精细化管理思想演变;界定了广义的精益管理和处于转型时代的中国纺织产业管理创新的意义,并讨论了从工业文明向生态文明转变过程中中国纺织精益化管理的目标和新内涵;最后,以中国纺织产业管理创新案例为证,阐释了精细化管理的实践。

As an initiator of the industry revolution,the progress of managerial innovation of the textile industry is a reflection of management evolution.Based on Kuhn＇s theory of paradigm,the paper first analyzed the evolution of the technological paradigm and management paradigm,as well as corresponding lean management thinking evolution by taking chronicle research method.Then,the paper defined the concept of lean management and discussed its characteristics and development in a transition era from industrial civilization to ecology civilization,including new contents and goals.Somes cases of managerial innovation of China＇s textile industry were given.
