摘要
以水作为溶剂,研究了超声波辅助法提取玉米芯中多糖的工艺,通过单因素试验和中心组合试验,利用响应面分析,优化了超声波辅助法提取玉米芯中多糖的工艺条件。试验结果表明,最佳提取条件为,粒度100目,pH为5,液料比为20∶1(mL/g)、超声时间15 min、超声温度51℃、提取次数2次。此时实际提取率为7.19%,与预测值7.21%差别不大。
Use ultrasonic to assist extraction ofpolysaccharide of corncob with water as solvent, and optimize of its extractionconditions by response surface. The best results of single factor experiment is: the optimum mesh size is 100 mesh, solid-liq-uid ratio is 20: 1 (mL/g), ultrasonic time 15 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, pH is 5, the number of extraction for 2 times.Under this condition the extraction rate obtained in the experiment is 7.19% and the predicted value of 7.21% little difference.
