摘要
采用DPPH法、Fenton反应和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定以蒸馏水、60%乙醇、95%乙醇、丙酮、氯仿为溶剂的马齿苋提取物清除羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH自由基的能力。结果表明,在试验条件下,马齿苋不同溶剂提取物对OH·,O2-·和DPPH·自由基均有一定程度的清除作用,其中95%乙醇提取物对3种自由基有较好的清除能力。马齿苋可作为天然抗氧化物质的良好来源,可进一步开发利用。
The methods of DPPH methylrosaniline chloride, pyrogallol autoxidation were used to assay the scavenging abilityof extracts with water, 60% ethanol, 95% ethanol, acetone, chloroform to hydroxyl free radical (OH.), super oxide free radical(O2-·) and DPPH free radical of activity. The results were that different solvent extracts from Portulaca oleracea L. had certainscavenging ability to OH. free radical, O2-· free radical and DPPH free radical. Especially 95% ethanol solvent extract had significantscavenging effects. Portulaca oleracea L. is good natural antioxidants, which can further be developed.
