摘要
分别采用DPPH·法和邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定鹿血低聚肽清除DPPH·和·OH自由基活性能力。以还原型谷胱甘肽和抗坏血酸为对照,在优选的反应体系中,鹿血低聚肽、谷胱甘肽和抗坏血酸对·OH的半数抑制质量浓度(IC50)分别为4.520 mg/mL,0.357 mg/mL和0.100 mg/mL;对DPPH·的IC50值分别为2.520 mg/mL,0.030 mg/mL和0.003mg/mL。结果表明,鹿血低聚肽具有一定的清除自由基活性,研究结果为鹿血低聚肽的应用提供一定参考。
DPPH· and Phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidation assays were applied to evaluate the capacities for scavenging flee radicalsof deer blood oligopeptides. Under the optimum conditions using glutathione and ascorbic acid as the controls, the values ofhalf-inhibitoryconcentration (IC50) of deer blood oligopeptides, glutathione and ascorbic acid for .OH were 4.520 mg/mL, 0.357mg/mL and 0.100 mg/mL, respectively, and those for DPPH- were 2.520 mg/mL, 0.030 mg/mL and 0.003 mg/mL, respectively. Theresults showed that deer blood oligopeptides had potentially exhibited activities for scavenging free radicals. The resultswill provide some references for the application of deer blood oligopeptides.
