桃子自动破瓣挖核机设计及有限元分析

摘要 针对桃子罐头生产中的传送、切瓣、去核、分拣等手工操作工序存在的加工质量差、工作效率低、劳动强度大、生产成本高的问题,设计了桃子自动破瓣挖核机。解决了传送机构、步进机构、破瓣去核机构之间的动作协调、工作同步问题。通过机械化作业,取代人工操作,自动完成传送、切瓣、去核、分拣等工序的操作,实现了加工过程的自动化,提高了生产效率和加工质量、降低了生产成本,该设计可广泛应用于有类似加工要求产品的加工设备中。 During the production of peaches canned, the manual processes, such as conveying, cutting valves, removing the kernels,sorting and so on, exist poor processing quality, low productivity, high labor intensity, high production cost, so the peach broken flapautomatically digging nuclear was designed. Motor coordination, synchronization problems at work among the conveyingmechanism, stepping mechanism and the broken flap mechanism were solved. By mechanized operations, replacing the manual, theoperations of conveying, cutting flaps, removing the kernels, sorting and so on were done automatically, realized the processautomation, improved productivity and quality, reduced production cost. The designed can be widely applied in the processingequipment that has the similar processing requirements of the products.
