福林-酚比色法检测欧李多酚方法的建立 被引量:3

Establishment of Folin-Ciocalteu Colorimetric for Determining Cerasus humilis Polyphenol

摘要 以没食子酸为对照品,用福林-酚(Folin-Ciocalteu)比色法测定3种欧李鲜果中的多酚含量。试验表明,没食子酸在0 mg/L^40 mg/L范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.012 86x+0.004 99,相关系数r=0.999 6,测定方法的平均回收率为99.56%,RSD为0.84%。试验建立的方法稳定、可靠,为欧李的开发和检测提供了依据。 Gallic acid was used as a standard material, iae total polylahenol content in Cerasus humilis was analyzed byspectrophotometry with Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. In this method, the concentration of Gallic acid showed a good linearity withabsorbance at the range of 0 mg/L-40 mg/L, the regression equation was y=0.012 86x+0.004 99, with the correlationcoefficient of 0.999 6, the average recovery was 99.56%, and RSD was 0.84%. The method was accurate and reliable; Itprovided the basis for the development and determination of Cerasus humilis.
