摘要 中华民族的认识史发展到隋唐阶段,其中心议题是心性论。面对佛、道思想的挑战,隋末大儒王通积极弘扬儒家的内圣心性思想。他认为"道难进"是因为"人心惟危,道心惟微",需要"穷理尽性"、"以性制情"来"正心复性",同时他提出"诚、静、恭、诫"等一系列心性修养工夫也是达道的必要手段。他建立的心性论体系,为儒家心性修养在新的时代发展提出了新的见解,对后世儒学特别是宋明理学思想的发展很多启发性创见。 In Sui and Tang dynasties, Chinese history of cognition' s central issue is the heart and nature theory. On the challenge of Buddhism and Taoism, Wang Tong who lived in the end of Sui dynasty, actively carried forward the Confucian in the heart and nature theory. He believed that the reason of "Confucianism hard to promote" is "human hearts are evil" and "Confucianism hearts are decline". We need "exploring thoroughly the logos and the intrinsic character" and "con- quering emotion by nature", to "make our hearts renature". A series of heart and nature training such as "honesty, tran- quility, respect, and commandment" and so on are also the necessary means. Wang Tong' s heart and nature theory system put forward new ideas to the Confucian culture in the new era of development. There are a lot of creative inspirations to the development of later Confucianism especially to the Neo-Confucianism.
