摘要 为了验证加薪后员工满意度随时间变化的规律性,本文通过动态实证研究,调查不同公司员工满意度的方法,并经数据分析,验证了两个假设:一次加薪所提升的薪酬满意度只能在2.5个月的时间內保持满意或基本满意,而且满意度在随时间递减的过程中,存在一个"之"字曲线变化,此曲线变化的过程有两个拐点、三个区段;加薪满意度随时间递减的方式、速度、最终结果与加薪前的薪酬满意度水平有明显的相关性。另一个假设没有得到验证,在加薪后员工满意度随时间递减的过程中,薪酬各维度不具有明显差异。 In order to validate the varying regularity of employee satisfaction over time after a pay raise, this dynamic empirical study that surveys the different methods to improve employee satisfaction in various companies. According to the result of data analysis, two hypotheses are verified among the three: a) after a raise, the promoted pay satisfaction will remain satisfied or basically satisfied in only 2.5 months. It has a similar "zigzag" shape curve number model in the decrease with time, and the changing process has two inflection points, three sections; b) the speed, the final result and the way of the pay satisfaction decreases with time are significantly correlated with the level of previous pay satisfaction. Another hypothesis that the dimensions of pay raise satisfaction decrease differently with time has not been verified.
