青岛市无偿献血者单人份核酸检测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解青岛市血清学检测阴性的无偿献血者单人份核酸检测结果。方法在Chiron Procleix TIGRIS平台上,对98 953份血清学检测阴性的全血无偿献血者血液标本进行了单人份HBV/HCV/HIV-1三联检(Procleix Ultrio检测)。对核酸检测的结果进行统计分析。结果 98 953份HBsAg阴性的无偿献血者标本,Procleix Ultrio阳性152份,41份HBV DNA阳性,111份Procleix鉴别试验阴性,其中70份Ultrio再检,11份重复Ultrio阳性。结论核酸检测能增加血液筛查的检出率,降低输血残余风险率,保证血液安全。 Objective To study the results of individual-donation nucleic acid test (ID-NAT) in seronegative blood donors. Methods The NAT yield rate was estimated by testing 98 953 seroncgative donor samples from Qingdao using the Proeleix Uhrio assay on TIGRIS, and the data were analyzed. Results Out of 98 953 samples, 152 were Ultrio reactive ;41 were HBV DNA positive, and 111 were nonreactive on the discriminatory assays. 70 of the 111 were retested on the Uhrio assay, and 11 were repeat-reactive on the Uhrio assay. Conclusion Nucleic acid test can reduce the residual risk of transfusion and improve the blood safety.
