摘要
本文主要阐述了软质聚氯乙烯用色母粒的研制过程。通过实验确定软质聚氯乙烯用色母粒的生产工艺条件,对产品的性能进行测试分析。结果表明:采用复合热稳定剂和特殊加工改性剂,用同向双螺杆挤出机可连续、稳定地生产软质聚氯乙烯用色母粒。产品质量稳定,耐热性、分散性好。
It was introduced that development of the color masterhatch for soft polyvinyl chloride （PVC） in this paper. The process control parameters of the color masterbatch were determined by experiment, properties of the product tested and analyzed. The color masterbatch was produced continuously and steadily by twin screw extruders with compound thermal stabilizers and special processing modifier. The color masterbatch has consistent quality, satisfactory heat resistance and color dispersibility.
