摘要
本文以2 Mt/a连续重整装置为例,采用后分馏流程,选用拔头油含量不同的预加氢原料,对经过全馏分加氢后的石脑油分别进行先汽提后分馏工艺流程和"二塔合一"工艺流程的模拟计算,并对两种流程的操作负荷及能耗进行了对比分析。对于拔头油含量不超过15%的原料推荐采用"二塔合一"流程,对于进料变化较大,且拔头油含量较高(≥25%)的预处理装置,可以选择适应性较好的先汽提后分馏流程。
The 2 Mt/a of continuous catalytic reforming unit as a practical example with process flow of post-factional distillation, selected the different content tops as raw material of the pre-hydrogenated; there were two process flows, of the first was steam stripping post-factional distillation and the second was combined the stripping-factional distillation in one column calculated in simulation, were applied to process full fraction hydrogenated naphtha respectively, the two process flows analyzed and compared with in operation loading and energy consumption. The results showed that the second was recommended when content of the tops was less than 15%. When components of the feedstock change with a wide range and content of the tops was more than 25%, the first was feasible.
