摘要
乙烯装置裂解炉消耗的燃料约占装置综合能耗的70%,为了减少燃料气的消耗量,在101B裂解炉底部增设了空气预热器。以乙烯装置急冷水富余热量作为热源的空气预热器投用后,进入裂解炉炉膛的空气温度提高了30℃,裂解炉燃料气用量减少了248.1 kg/h,引风机转速降低了35.9 r/min,排烟温度下降了3.1℃,实现了提高裂解炉燃烧效率,降低装置能耗的目的。
The fuel consumption of the ethylene cracking furnace was about 70% of the overall energy consumption for the plant. In order to reduce the consumption of fuel gas, air preheater was reinstalled at bottom of the ethylene cracking furnace. Because the air preheater, which applied surplus heat in quenching water of the plant as heat source, was put into operation, temperature of the air to feed in the furnace was increased by 30 ℃, fuel gas for the furnace, rotational speed of the induced draft fan and temperature of the exhaust gas decreased by 248.1 kg/h, by 35.9 r/min and by 3.1℃ respectively, the purpose of improving combustion efficiency and decreasing energy consumption was realized.
