银催化剂中试评价装置乙烯储罐压力自动控制改造

摘要 针对银催化剂中试评价装置运行工况条件改变,乙烯消耗量增大,手动控制难以稳定乙烯储罐压力的问题,对乙烯储罐进料管线实施了技术改造:在原有进料管线的基础上,增设一条配备气动调节阀的并联进料管线,经过理论计算和设计选型,选购并安装了型号适宜的气动调节阀;对集散控制系统的组态程序进行调整,利用气动调节阀、压力变送器及集散控制系统控制器构成了乙烯储罐压力自动控制回路,实现了稳定控制乙烯储罐压力、降低操作人员劳动强度的目的。 Because of the ethylene consumption increasing with the change of operating conditions in pilot-scale unit of silver catalyst, the pressure of ethylene vessel controlled difficultly with manual adjustment, the modification was put into effect in feeding pipeline of the vessel. In order to solve the problem a new feeding pipeline, which was installed a appropriate pneumatic control valve by theoretical calculation and design-selection, was built in parallel with the previous feeding line. The purposes of the pressure on the vessel controlled steadily and reduced work intensity of the operator had been realized by adjustment of configuration program in distributed control system(DCS) and the automatic pressure control loop with the pneumatic control valve, pressure transmitters and DCS controller.
