归喘宁滴丸对实验性哮喘大鼠IL-4、IFN-γ和IgE的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察归喘宁滴丸对实验性哮喘大鼠的平喘作用及其对IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE的影响。方法采用注射卵清白蛋白(OVA)与氢氧化铝致敏、OVA雾化吸入激发来复制哮喘动物模型,通过观测特异性与非特异性支气管激发大鼠的行为、测定血清中IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ的水平,探讨归喘宁滴丸的平喘作用及其作用机制。结果归喘宁滴丸能促进大鼠体重的增加,明显缓解OVA或乙酰胆碱与组胺混合物激发大鼠的哮喘行为,降低T-IgE、IL-4水平,提高IFN-γ水平。结论归喘宁滴丸具有平喘、治疗支气管哮喘的作用,调节IL-4、IFN-γ的表达失衡是其作用机制之一。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Guichuanning drop pill (GCND) on anti - asthma and IL - 4, IFN-γ and IgE in asthma rats model. METHODS OVA and AI(OH)3 was injected to sensitize,and then OVA was inhaled to stimulate,the model of asthma rats was established to investigate the anti - asthma effects and mechanism of GCND through detecting rat' s behaviors under specific or nonspecific bronchial motivation, T - IgE in the serum, and IL - 4 and IFN-γ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). RESULTS GCND could increase body weight of the rats,relieved rat's behavior under OVA or Acetylcholine, and Histamine stimulus on bronchi, decreased T - IgE in serum and IL - 4 in BALF, upregulated IFN -γ in BALF. CONCLUSION GCND has effects of anti - asthma and treating bronchial asthma and one of the mechanisms is recovering equilibrium of IL - 4 and IFN -γ.
