摘要
目的 :研究神经生长因子 (NGF)在癫痫的发病和治疗中的作用。方法 :大鼠侧脑室注射NGF 5 μl(1μg/ μl) ,30min后大鼠皮下注射戊四氮 75mg/kg ,诱导癫痫发作 ,观察癫痫发作的潜伏期、发作次数、发作持续时间和死亡率。结果 :癫痫的潜伏期明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,发作次数明显增多 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;发作持续时间虽有增长 ,但无统计学意义。给予NGF后 ,大鼠死亡率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :NGF具有提高戊四氮致癫的同化作用。
Purpose:The aim is to study the effect of NGF on epilepsy by using pentylenetetrazole (PTE) induced rat model of epilepsy.Methods:NGF 5 μl(1 μg/μl) was injected into lateral ventricle of rat and minutes later PET(75 mg/kg)was injected subcutaneously to induce epilepsy.The latent period, times and duration of cerebral seizure and the death rate were observed.Results:After administration of NGF,the latent period of seizure decreased evidently( P <0.01),the times of seizure increases evidently( P <0.001),and the duration of seizure increasess lightly but had no statistical difference compared with control group,and the death rate of NGF group was much higher than that of control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:NGF can promote PET induced epilepsy.
