半夏泻心汤及其拆方对脾虚大鼠下丘脑中多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺的影响 被引量:20

Influence of water extracts of Banxia Xiexin decoction and different prescriptions by gavage on DA,NE,5-HT of hypothalamus in the spleen deficiency rat

摘要 目的研究半夏泻心汤对脾虚大鼠下丘脑中多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法取96只SD大鼠,用苦寒泻下法造脾虚模型后,随机分为模型组、辛味药组、苦味药组、甘味药组、辛苦药组、苦甘药组、辛甘药组、全方组,另取同批次大鼠12只为空白对照。给药14 d,冰浴剥取下丘脑,参照匡培根的方法,采用荧光分光光度法测定下丘脑DA、NE、5-HT的含量。结果苦味药组、辛甘味药组、全方组对下丘脑中DA、NE、5-HT具有调节作用。结论半夏泻心汤对脾虚机体的作用机制可能是通过调节下丘脑中DA、NE、5-HT的含量,进而调节胃肠道的内分泌功能,恢复消化系统的消化吸收功能。 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Banxia Xiexin decoction on DA, NE, 5 - HT of hypothalamus in the spleen deficiency rat. METHODS After established spleen deficiency models by Kuhanxie xia method,96 SD rats were randomly divided into different experimental groups, including model group, Xinwei group, Kuwei group, Ganwei group, Xinkuwei group, Kuganwei group, Xinganwei group,Quanfang group. Another 12 rats of the same batch were served as the blank control group. After 14 days of water extracts garaged,the hypothalamus of rats were stripped out with ice bath according to the method of Peigen Kuang. DA, NE,5 - HT level of hypothalamus was determined by fluorospectrophotometry. RESULTS Kuwei group, Xinganwei group and Quanfang group regulated the level of DA,NE,5 - HT in the hypothalamus. CONCLUSION The mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction may regulate DA, NE,5 - HT level of hypothalamus of the rats with spleen deficiency, then regulate the endocrine function of the gastrointestinal tract, and recovered the digestion and absorption functions of the digestive system.
