中链甘油三酸酯的鉴别及含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定中链甘油三酸酯中脂肪酸的组成和含量。方法采用化学鉴别法、GC法鉴别中链甘油三酸酯;采用GC法测定甲酯化后的中链甘油三酸酯中辛酸与癸酸的含量。结果中链甘油三酸酯中主要含有辛酸和癸酸两种脂肪酸,辛酸甲酯0.25~4mg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)、癸酸甲酯0.2~3.2mg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.1%±0.02%(RSD=1.6%)、99.4%±0.02%(RSD=1.6%)(n=9)。结论所用方法操作简便,灵敏度高,可用于中链甘油三酸酯的鉴别及其脂肪酸的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To determine the compositions and contents of the fatty acid in medium - chain triglycerides. METHODS Chemical identification, GC identification of medium - chain triglycerides and octanoate, and capric acid were analyzed by GC. RESULTS Two kinds of fatty acid were found in medium - chain triglycerides. They were octanoie acid and caprie acid. The linear ranges of methyl octanoate and methyl decanoate were 0.25 - 4 mg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9998 ) and 0.2 - 3.2 mg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9998 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.1% ±0.02% with a RSD of 1.6% and 99.4%±0.02% with a RSD of 1.6% ( n =9), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, quick, and high sensitivity, which is helpful for the determination of medium - chain triglycerides.
