Formation and Influencing Factors of Scientific Collaboration

合著是探索科学合作情况的重要切入点之一,辨识我国管理学领域合著的基本情况与影响因素可加深对我国科学合作现状的认识。以管理学为基础,选取26本重要的管理学期刊数据,通过不同角度的数据分析和网络分析,探索该领域的基本合著概况及基金支持、地理距离、社会距离、研究领域4个方面因素对合著总体状况的影响情况。研究发现上述因素均显著影响科学合作:基金支持是促成科学合作的重要因素;科学合作常发生于机构内部或者地理临近的机构间;社会临近是潜在的科学合作因素;研究领域不同则合作力度不同,实证实验研究、热点研究更加易于合作。

Co-author is one of the important entry points to explore the scientific collaboration. Identification of the basic situation and influencing factors of co-author in the field of management can deepen the understanding of the status quo of scientific collaboration in China. Based on management, this paper selects 26 important management journals data. Through different angles of data analysis and network analysis, the paper explores the basic situation of co-author, as well as the influence of fund support, geographical distance, social distance and research areas to the overall situation of co-author. The study finds that the 4 factors mentioned above have a significant impact on the scientific collaboration： fund support notably promotes scientific collaboration; scientific collaboration often occurs inside of the institutions or among institutions geographically close to each other; social approaching is a potential scientific collaboration factor; different research areas result in different collaboration situation, which means that empirical experimental researches and hot researches are easier for collaboration.
