摘要 目的:99mTc-NOET再分布显像评价心活力的作用。材料和方法:67例冠心病(CAD)患者进行99mTc-NOET运动及2h再分布心肌灌注显像,其中12例行4~6h再分布显像,3例PTCA术后1个月静息显像。结果:99mTc-NOET 2h再分布显像示 683%(84/123)心肌节段有明显的再分布,其中77.4%(65/84)心肌节段完全充填。4~6h再分布显像示2h时部分充填的心肌节段37.5%(3/8)完全充填,无充填的4个节段仍无变化。 PTCA术后显像示术前所有异常的节段(6个有再分布和 1个无再分布节段)均大致上常。结论:99mTc-NOET有明显的再分布特征,可用于心肌活力的研究,方法简便。 To study the value of 99mTc-NOET redistribution imaging in evaluating myocardial viability. Materials and Methods: 67 patients with CAD underwent exercises and 2h redistribution 99mTc-NOET imaging, 12 patients also underwent 4-6h imaging, 3 patients underwent rest imaging I month post -PTCA. Results: Redistribution imaging in 2h showed that 68.3% (84/123) segments had obvious radioactive fillsin, of those, 77.4% (65/84) fully fills-in. Redistribution imaging in 4-6h showed that 37.8% (3/8) segments became fully filling-in (partly filling-in in 2h redistribution) and 4 segments with monredistribution did not change any more. Rest imaging post -PTCA showed that all abnormal segments (6 reversible defect and 1 permanent defect) became almost normal uptake. Conclusion: 99mTc-NOET had obvious redistrbution properties. It seemed that it was an easy way to use for evaluating myocardial viability.
