摘要
文章剖析了企业隐性知识共享和知识创新的内涵,探讨了两者的关系,分别从员工、团队和企业层面分析了隐性知识共享对企业知识创新的价值。基于隐性知识共享构建了企业知识创新模型,建立了知识创新的保障机制,以期在深入认识企业知识创新的基础上,促进企业的知识创新。
This paper analyzes the connotation of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, and explores the relationship between them. The paper analyzes the value of tacit knowledge sharing for enterprise knowledge innovation from employee, team and enterprise respectively. Based on the tacit knowledge sharing, the paper constructs the model of enterprise knowledge innovation and builds the guarantee mechanism of knowledge innovation in order to promote the knowledge innovation of enterprise on the basis of the in-depth understanding of enterprise knowledge innovation.
