摘要
文章针对图书馆用户借阅事务中存在的序列特征,提出一种基于矩阵方式的序列模式挖掘算法,以有效获取用户借阅行为时序关系的模式。采用某高校图书馆用户借阅事务数据,通过探讨和研究序列模式挖掘,将矩阵算法应用于图书馆用户行为模式的分析,从所得序列模式中获取服务启示以帮助改进和完善图书馆用户服务质量。通过一个实例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,所得结果在图书馆信息服务中具有一定的应用价值,且为图书馆的信息管理与个性化服务工作提供了进一步的科学依据。
According to the sequence characteristics of library users borrowing transaction, this paper puts forward an algorithm of sequential pattern mining based on matrix method, in order to obtain the temporal relation pattern of library users borrowing behavior effectively. Adopting the data of one university library users borrowing transaction, the matrix algorithm is applied to the analysis of behavioral pattern of library users by exploring and researching on sequential pattern mining, and service inspiration is obtained from the resulting sequential pattern in order to improve and perfect the service quality of library users. The case study verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, and the result has a certain application value in library information service, and provides further scientific basis for library information management and personalized service.
