摘要 目的:研究双极板射频电容热疗时升温与双极板距离、加热时间的关系及腹部不同部位的升温情况。材料和方法:使用双极板直径为13cm的RF-2000射频透热治疗仪,双极板距离分为三组(28、30、32cm)。18只犬取右侧卧位,上腹部置于双极板之间,平均分三组,经历不同极板距离3h的热疗,使用热电偶测量1、2、3h时肝、脾、肾及腹腔的温度。结果:在极板距离28cm时,各个测量部位所达温度相似(p>0.05)。1、2、3h分别从基础温度38.2~39.0℃上升到40.5~41.3℃、42.2~43.0℃及42.7~43.8℃。极板距离为30、32cm时,1、2、3h各部位温度与距离28cm时相似(p>0.05)。三种设定极板距离情况下,各腹部测量部位的温度均表现出随着时间的延长而升高。结论:经过2h(及更长时间)的热疗,受热部位均可以达到较高的温度( ≤ 42℃)。极板距离在28到32cm之间变化时,腹部各测量部位所达温度相似。 To evaluate the relationship between temperatures and electrode distances, heating times and different intra-abdomimal sites during hypothermia with radio frequency capacitive heating device. Materials and Methods: RF-2000 radiofrequency capacitive heating equipment with two opposing 13cm electrodes was used. Three groups of electrode distances (28,30;32cm)were tested in this study. Dogs laid on their right side and their upper abdomen were put between two electrodes. Thermocouple probes were used for temperature measurement. Eighteen dogs' temperatures of liver, spleen, kidney and peritoneal cavity were measured after heating 1h,2h and 3h. Results :When electrode distance was 28cm, the temperatures of all measured sites were simular at same heating time (p>0.05). The temperatures of differenct measured sites were raised from 38.2-39.0℃ to 40.5-41 .3℃, 42.2-43.0℃ and 42.7-43.8℃ after hypothermia for 1h,2h and 3h respectively. When electrode distance were 30 and 32cm, temperatures of all measured sites were same as which for the group of 28cm electrode distance (p>0.05). Conclusion: A higher temperature (≥42℃) can be obtained with prolonging the heating time to 2h or more. When electrode distances changed between 28 to 32cm, the temperatures of different measured intra-abdomimal sites are simular.
