摘要
采用统计能量分析法对某型号火箭整流罩的内噪声环境进行分析,预示与该型号火箭整流罩相似的结构内噪声和振动环境,研究整流罩直径和长度的变化对内噪声和振动环境的影响,同时给出整流罩内噪声与自身结构振动响应之间的关系曲线。最后,依据该统计能量分析模型分析了采用在整流罩内壁粘贴多孔吸声材料降噪措施的效果,比较研究多种泡沫、纤维材料的降噪效果,以及材料在内壁不同粘贴方式对降噪的影响。给出的噪声振动环境预示结果以及内敷阻尼材料的降噪措施,可为大型运载火箭整流罩的减振降噪问题提供技术支撑。
The noise environment of the payload fairing is analyzed through statistical energy analysis method, the noise and vibration environment of a structure similar to this fairing is predicted, the environment influence due to the change of fairing diameter and length is studied, then the relation curve between internal noise environment and structure vibration response is obtained. Finally, the method of pasting the porous sound-absorbing materials to the fairing inwall for noise reduction is analyzed, and the difference of noise reduction effect between foam and fiber materials is compared, also two different pasting manners of materials to the fairing inwall is proposed. The predicted results of noise and vibration environment and the noise reduction methods in this paper can be provided as a reference for engineering design.
