摘要
生物条形码检测技术(bio-bar codes assay,BCA)在蛋白质和核酸的检测方面有着广泛的应用。在检测蛋白质时,与传统的ELISA法相比,灵敏度可以高出5~6个数量级。同样,在核酸检测方面也显示出极高的灵敏度。本文综述了生物条形码检测技术的原理、发展及应用,对它的前景进行了展望,探索它的最佳反应条件、简化操作步骤和降低检测费用,并使之标准化、商品化是未来重要的研究方向。
Bio-bar codes assay (BCA) has been widely used in the detection of proteins and nucleic acids. It has 5 - 6 orders of magnitude higher sensitivity than that of ELISA for protein targets. BCA has been shown to be extraordinarily sensitive for the detection of nucleic acid targets too. This article addressed the principle, development and application of BCA. Its prospect was looked ahead. It is important to explore the optimum reaction conditions, simplify the operation steps, reduce the test cost, and make it standardized and commercialized in the future.
