致康胶囊治疗糜烂性胃炎胃镜下黏膜活检出血自身对照临床研究

Application of ZhiKang Capsules for management of erosive gastritis and biopsy bleeding under endoscopy: a self-controlled study

目的:探讨致康胶囊对胃镜下黏膜深活检出血的止血效果,及致康胶囊治疗糜烂性胃炎临床症状的改善。方法:选择经胃镜证实为糜烂性胃炎的患者52例,胃镜活检时,再次取胃窦黏膜深活检1块,随即给予致康胶囊溶液喷洒活检部位,同时以秒表计时观察喷洒致康胶囊溶液后的黏膜止血时间。胃镜活检后口服致康胶囊2周,观察治疗后症状改善情况。结果:胃镜下黏膜深活检后喷洒药物前黏膜止血时间为(46.10±19.96)s,喷洒致康胶囊溶液后黏膜止血时间为(30.36±17.22)s,黏膜止血时间明显缩短,差别有统计学意义(t=9.17,P=0.00)。治疗前患者症状评分为(4.02±2.33)分,致康胶囊治疗2周后患者症状评分为(1.36±1.65)分,患者症状评分明显下降,差别有统计学意义(t=11.67,P=0.00)。结论:胃镜下黏膜深活检喷洒致康胶囊溶液可明显缩短黏膜出血时间,致康胶囊治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎可明显缓解患者的症状。

Objective： To investigate the effect of ZhiKang Capsules on bleeding caused by deep mucosal biopsy under endoscopy and the improvement of erosive gastritis. Methods： Fifty-two patients with erosive gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy were enrolled in this study. During endoscopic biopsy, a biopsy of deep extra mucosa was taken out and ZhiKang Capsule solution was immediately sprayed on the biopsy site. The time for hemostasis was observed and recorded. ZhiKang Capsules were taken orally for two weeks following biopsy and improvement of symptoms were observed. Results： The hemostasis time for bleeding caused by mucosal biopsy under endoscopy after spraying ZhiKang Capsule solution was （30.36 ±17.22） s, significantly shorter than that before spraying of ZhiKang Capsule solution [ （46.10 ±19.96） s, t = 9. 17, P = 0.00]. Compared with the symptom score before treatment （4.02 ±2.33）, the symptom score after 2 weeks of ZhiKang Capsule treatment significantly decreased （ 1.36 ±1.65 ） s, t = 11.67, P = 0. 00 ]. Conclusions： The application of ZhiKang Capsule solution can significantly shorten hemostasis time of bleeding caused by mucosal biopsy under endoscopy and relieve the symptoms of chronic erosive gastritis.
