临床护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换术中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in cardiac valve replacement

目的探讨临床护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换术中的应用效果。方法选择60例心脏瓣膜置换术患者随机设为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组按临床路径实施围术期护理,对照组进行常规护理,比较2组患者术后出血、感染、皮肤压疮、角膜炎、体温过低并发症的发生率和满意度。结果在瓣膜置换术中实施临床护理路径后,患者术后并发症发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),术后随访患者满意度也较对照组显著提高(P<0.01)。结论实施临床护理路径可提高心脏瓣膜置换术中护理质量,减少并发症,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in cardiac valve replacement. Methods 60 patients with cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Clinical nursing pathway was applied through perioperative nursing in the experimental group, routine nursing was applied in the control group. Postoperative hemorrhage, infection, pressure ulcer, keratitis, inci-dence of hypothermia complication and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Through the application of clinical nursing pathway, the incidence of postoperative complications decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, postoperative satisfaction improved obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve nursing quality, reduce complications and in- crease oatients＇ satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical application.
